Nikki is currently a senior healthcare data analyst at the University of Maryland Medical System who demonstrates exceptional ability in assuring that information is received, analyzed and fully integrated into corporate processes. Her analytic feedback focuses on improving performance while building and maintaining healthy relationships with financial services and other stakeholders.

Nikki is also a digital music company owner, band director, and professional instrumentalist who creatively promoted the implementation of a digital music network to provide donation opportunities for multiple non-profit charitable organizations, while providing residual secondary income opportunities for music artists. She demonstrates exceptional ability in assuring collaboration with local communities and international organizations to improve partnerships.

Her formal background in music started at the Ottley Music School (informal background of gospel/jazz styling began with her father, Gerald Anderson) and continued at Oakwood University. While at Oakwood, Nikki became a band member of the gospel choir, Dynamic Praise, composed numerous short piano pieces, vocal songs, composed a short-film soundtrack, co-produced an album, The Experience Renewed, and composed four major hymn arrangements including the well-known work, “The Parable of Blind Bartimaeus.” Nikki graduated from Oakwood, earning a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition.

In November 2008, Nikki had the privilege of performing with the pianist troupe “Keys to the Kingdom” in Fort Worth, Texas. The troupe was comprised of famous artists including Shelton Kilby, Nancy Dudley, Adrian T. Westney, Gale Murphy, etc. After graduating from Oakwood, Nikki was able to join the Emmanuel Brinklow SDA Church Music Department as a church musician with her brother, mentor and Music Director, Nathan L. Anderson. From December 2008-Early March 2010, working with Nathan and Brinklow’s Music Dept. consisting of Anika Sampson and Porsche Vanderhorst were wonderful years of growth and exposure to diverse styles of worship.

However, on March 25, 2010, the unexpected death of Nathan challenged her faith in inexplicable ways. Nate’s death began a new and challenging journey of trusting in God. Although N2A Ministries was recognized as an LLC in 2013, Nikki believes God started the formation in 2010. Support from immediate family and church families worldwide promoted a project spearheaded by Nikki’s father to start a foundation in honor of her brother to give back to students who are pursuing careers in the four areas of studies in which Nate had an interest.

One major avenue to fund this non-profit foundation was producing an album of all previously released and unreleased songs Nathan either wrote, arranged, co-produced or played as a session musician on. God had additionally given Nikki the strength to be a part of the writing, directing and performances phases of the “Love Lifted Me” project. You can buy or stream the "Love Lifted Me" project at NLA Love Lifted Me. You can also donate directly to the Foundation from www.rememberingnathananderson.org.

The years 2010-2014 were full of learning experiences and opportunities. During this time, Nikki assumed the Band Director role at Emmanuel Brinklow SDA Church, previously held by Nathan. Collaborations with Brinklow's Music/Audio Departments, local artists and the General Conference World Youth Director, Gilbert Cangy, resulted in regional, national and international events allowing Nikki to share the love of Christ through diverse styles of music.

From 2015 to this present day, Nikki collaborates with different music artists, songwriters, creatives, and rights holders to develop fundraising partnerships with various non-profit charities, organizations and initiatives. These business relationships continue to provide marketing opportunities for artists, songwriters and labels, via donated royalties, while engaging in micro-fundraising opportunities for charities. As each new day approaches, Nikki, through N2A Ministries, LLC, is prepared to embark on a new journey; a journey to spread joy, peace, and the love of Christ, resulting in a positive lifestyle, through the medium of music ministry.

Nikki is a graduate of the Walden University Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Her undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Music (B. Mus), was completed at Oakwood University.
